Joe Hebel - Baritenor

Joe Hebel recently completed a Las Vegas residency playing Hollander (and covering Ledoux and the Sports Announcer) in Bat Out Of Hell, the award-winning hit musical featuring Jim Steinman and Meatloaf's greatest hits, at the Paris Hotel & Casino. Other recent credits include: Billy Bigelow in Carousel (Opera San Luis Obispo), Gustav Ledoux in the world premiere of Camille (Santa Clarita Shakespeare Festival) and Lord Clapham (Nigel u/s) in Something Rotten (5-Star Theatricals). NEXT UP will be a summer with the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre in Grand Lake, CO playing Gerry in Beautiful: The Carol King Musical, the Pirate King in Pirates of Penzance and Shakespeare in Something Rotten. Come check it out!
Hebel graduated with honors from Pepperdine University in Malibu, receiving a B.A. degree in Theatre and Music. While at Pepperdine, he performed leading roles in a variety of musicals, plays and operas, including Die Fledermaus (Eisenstein), Ragtime (Younger Brother), Dido and Aeneas (Aeneas), Curtains (Aaron Fox), Pirates of Penzance (Samuel) and As You Like It (Oliver), and participated in the Chamber and University Choirs. He also attended the Heidelberg International Music Program, is a California Arts Scholar, and has been an adjunct professor in the Fine Arts department at Pepperdine University.
